This group is dedicated to spiritual unfoldment and personal growth. Each evening we explore our "self"; what keeps us from living in the present, with abundance of  loving presence of God/Spirit/Universal Consciousness in our open hearts and in our daily lives? Slowly, gently, transform your life in this group!

Using meditation to bring the brain into a theta brain-wave state, with the group energy we are able to experience the one-ness and achieve deep change through channeled guided visualizations. Each person processes within their self, dropping old patterns and beliefs. You can also bring up personal issues for processing that night ... everyone seems able to resonate with some aspect of any issue. This is a small, nurturing, very casual group open to new or advanced meditators. Come join us...
