Cari will present ongoing Meditation classes, every other Tuesday evening, offering a combination of guided-visualization meditations with energy healing. Participants will receive energy transmissions as well as learn to sense energy and give healings. No meditation or energy healing experience necessary. Previous clients who have had trouble meditating have been able to do so with Cari and many longtime meditators have said they can go deeper with Cari than by themselves.

2. FREE "HIDDEN MESSAGES" MEDITATION CLASS

Come meditate in community and order into your life by tapping into the underlying guidance, freeing up aliveness and well-being, nourishing your deepest Self. Guided meditations and discussions. No meditation or energy healing experience necessary. 3. LIFE PERSPECTIVES MEDITATION CLASSES

Every Other THURSDAY evening, 7-9 pm, ongoing beginning March 3, 2011

You are invited to join me in an intimate evening of intuitive teachings and guided meditations. This class focuses on enhancing your spiritual and personal growth through awakeninig Presence.

The main thrust of my classes is embodying life principles you may already know, to actually bring the peace, happiness and abundance you've been wanting into reality. The talk and healing is always specific to the issues of the particular group of people who have gathered together that evening, and could relate to relationships, career, or personal growth, etc.

No meditation or energy healing experience necessary. Previous clients who have had trouble meditating have been able to do so with Cari and many longtime meditators have said they can go deeper with Cari than by themselves.

Cost $20, more if you'd like to, less if you need to.

This is fabulous way to clear emotional and energetic toxins from the body and feels great at the same time. I have often been able to help clients by-pass an oncoming cold with this process.
