Sessions are $150 for 1 1/4 hrs., give or take 15 minutes. A more intense session will be an hour, whereas some healing work has to slowly unflold and will be 1 1/2 hrs., so please be flexible. Your energy body is calling the shots. Please allow 1/2 hr. downtime afterwards to integrate the work we've done. This is a good time to go for a walk, sit quietly by yourself, or maybe journal. Too much social or work activity may "give your healing away" before it has a chance to grow roots.
A first session is always 1 1/2 hrs.
I recommend scheduling a second session for two weeks later to anchor the gains you've made.
If you love your first 2 sessions and want to continue, I offer a 10 Session Program for life transformation. Tremendous movement is possible with your commitment to the program; your personal commitment accelerates your progress. In time, as we clear layers of emotional holding, new layers will rise to the surface for clearing, and this is where real transformation occurs.

If you would like to pay for the whole series in advance (10 X $150 = $1500), I offer you a $108 (sacred number) discount ($1392). Your commitment adds power into our work together.
The ideal spacing between sessions to maximize the work, whenever possible, is two weeks. Closer together is not possible as the work, though subtle, is too powerful for the body to integrate in less time. Because the sessions build on each other, longer between sessions, while possible when necessary due to vacations or illness, means I have to back up and come forward again, which slows down the process.
