 2.  EMF PROTECTION - These are so cheap, each of my children and I use them all over the house and on our cell phones. I also wear one when I'm on the computer. They make a big difference; they help me not get fried when I'm on for a long time:
Electronic Smog Busters - as used in the United Nations building, by IBM, etc. and in 20 countries - dielectric resonator ceramic toroids (and cell phone tabs) for your computer monitor, CPU, and any other source (copiers, fluorescent lights, electric stoves, etc.)  There is also a turquoise bead to put on a string to wear around your neck. I keep one hanging on my computer to put on when I use it, but of course it could be worn all the time, too. It is supposed to, and seems to, help with jet lag too.
