I send out one weekly email containing a recap of that week's class and notice of next week's class. I also send a reminder a day or so before each class. Often I include various insights and epiphanies as they occurr to me, and have been told people really enjoy reading them. Occasionally I spontaneously send someone else's event that I highly recommend.
